The search facility is extremely powerful with the enhanced features offering exactly what the user needs.
There are 3 levels of advertising each level allowing more photographs up to a limit of 20 on the Power level..
The optional ‘make me an offer’ feature will allow the market to influence rent levels. This elective feature will allow a landlord to put out to tender the rent on chosen properties allowing tenants to ‘bid’ on their properties of choice and though not an auction this ‘bidding’ feature is an exciting way to allow local trends to have an effect on rents.
